BRISTON with The Most Beautiful Bays in the World

To mark the launch of its Clubmaster Regatta collection, BRISTON has teamed up with the NGO "The World's Most Beautiful Bays". The mission of this UN organization is to protect the world's coasts and oceans.

Today, 42 bays are regularly collected & protected.
Through a number of initiatives, the watchmaker BRISTON is investing in this mission with the "Trophée BRISTON" and the creation of a unique and innovative model symbolizing the protection of the sea.

It seemed only natural for BRISTON to manufacture this watch with respect for climate and environmental issues. Between constant innovation and minimal carbon footprint, BRISTON aims to raise awareness and pave the way for new manufacturing and consumption models through this type of initiative.

Proposed in its square-cambered shape (42x42mm), the new case of this special series is designed in ocean-blue recycled plastic.
Specially « Série Spéciale BRISTON x Les Plus Belles Baies du Monde » on the back, this Regatta chronograph model perfectly matches with the spirit of this 100-piece series.
This timekeeper is equipped with a Japanese mecha-quartz caliber, enabling the wearer to calculate his or her speed on the water thanks to a nautical tachymetric scale graduated in knots on the inner bezel.
Another feature of this Clubmaster Regatta is its navy blue dial with raised vertical bars reminiscent of boat floors, adorned with applied indexes in polished 316L stainless steel with a white Superluminova® insert. To complete this special model, and in contrast with the dial color, the chronograph counter at 9 o'clock adds legibility to this timekeeper with its regatta function and 5'+5' countdown. Particular attention has been paid to the small seconds and blue 24h indication hands, which also feature white Superluminova® inserts.
The ultimate distinction of this new edition for Les plus belles baies du monde, a new fabric strap has been specially designed by BRISTON. The NATO Ocean PET is a creation made from 100% recycled plastic bottle fibers. Fabrics with recycled yarn are made from plastic waste collected in the Sea. This type of material helps to keep the sea clean and healthy.
The Most Beautiful Bays in the World association was born 26 years ago, from the desire of a few founding bays to work together on responsible tourism development, aware of the stakes of its footprint on the biodiversity of the bay environment itself.
Twenty-six years later, the Most Beautiful Bays in the World association brings together 42 bays (and three in the process of being certified), who work together and take part in major United Nations and UNESCO forums on sustainable development, global warming, the rise of the oceans, and all issues affecting the future of our bays and their protection.
The BRISTON Trophy: The “BRISTON Trophy" video competition organized by the World's Most Beautiful Bays youth committee is aimed at young people in each of the 42 bays in Africa, America, Asia and Europe. The objective is to raise young people's awareness of the need to protect their coastline, as well as to raise the profile of the association's member bays. The “BRISTON Trophy" will be awarded to the winners of the video competition at the General Meeting of the World's Most Beautiful Bays in November 2024 in Dakhla (Morocco).
On this occasion, Clubmaster Regatta watches will be donated.
