 EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

• Exchange and return within 30 days
• Return are free of charge in mainland France, excluding products on sale or straps

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You have 30 days from receipt of the product(s) ordered on www.briston-watches.com to return it (them).

To facilitate the exchange and/or returns procedure, please contact us at the following address: sc@briston-watches.com. We will send you a returns form.

We remind you that the products must be properly packaged with the invoice and the returns form.

We strongly recommend that you send products by recorded delivery as we are not responsible for the loss of returned packages.

Products can only be refunded or exchanged if they have not been worn and are not damaged.

You will receive confirmation by e-mail of the processing of your request (exchange or refund) within 8 working days of receipt of the parcel.
