Briston partners with Yacht Club de la Baule in 2026
A Sport Chic Alliance to Celebrate 40 Years of Nautical Passion in 2026
In 2026, the prestigious Yacht Club de La Baule (YCLB) celebrates its 40th anniversary. To mark this historic event, BRISTON, the French watchmaking brand with a British "Sport Chic" style, is strengthening its partnership by becoming the title partner and official "Yachtimer" of the club.
The Briston Spirit and the YCLB Special Edition
Since its creation in 2013 by Brice Jaunet, BRISTON has cultivated a classic watchmaking DNA enhanced by a "smart & casual" touch. Deeply committed to the world of sailing and the bay of La Baule, the brand has designed two exclusive watches reserved for YCLB members: the Clubmaster Legend Diver and the Clubmaster Regatta. These unique models feature the club's colors, a navy blue and yellow striped "NATO" strap, and the YCLB emblem stamped at six o'clock on the dial. Delivery of these exceptional pieces is scheduled for May 2026.

A Look Back at a Summer of Memorable Regattas
As title partner, BRISTON was at the heart of two flagship events of the 2026 season, celebrating elegance and competition on the water.
Derby Dragon International 2026, a vintage of excellence
The 24th edition of the Derby Dragon brought together 25 crews and 77 sailors under bright sunshine and a beautiful westerly breeze in the bay of La Baule from June 8 to 12, 2026. After a fierce competition, victory went to the British Richard Leask, Donald Milne and Joao Vidinha on the yacht GBR 731 Kestra. They secured 1st place in the general classification with only one point ahead of the Dutch on NED 393 Cobweb (winners of the previous edition), while the French crew of Gery Trentesaux took third place on the podium. The Corinthian classification was won by NED 438 Douzement, led by Jan Bakker.

Les Voiles de Légende 2026: The triumph of maritime heritage
This 23rd edition brought together more than fifty classic yachts and some 260 crew members for three days of regattas and festivities under a bright sun at the beginning of August. The famous Volvo Trophy crowned two Swedish designs: the 30 M2 Harlekin to Jean-Yves Redor, and the Norlin 37 China Girl to Daniel Hirsch. The Eugène Cornu Trophy was awarded to the majestic 12 MR Hallali and the small Belouga Yeched Mad . This event, already considered by many as the most beautiful in its history, perfectly illustrated a true seafaring spirit made of passion, sportsmanship, conviviality and emotion.

This partnership between BRISTON and the YCLB perfectly embodies this motto, combining sportiness and elegance to sail with style.
